SERVICES
Photography
High quality interior and exterior photographs. All photos are created using the latest fusion techniques. In addition to that other professional techniques are used to further enhance the photographs. Also photo touch ups are provided upon request.
Images will be provided as high quality jpeg format files. Other file formats can be provided upon request.
3D Materport Tour
More and more home sellers are requesting their agents to offer the 3D Matterport virtual tour and we have all the tools to make that possible. Grand Glance offers the latest Matterport 4K 3D Tour technology. The tours will be provided as links and are MRIS friendly. Our 3D tour packages come included with 2D floor plans.
Floor Plan
We offer 2-D and 3-D floor plans at your request. 2-D floor plans are provided in JPEG and PDF formats. Our 3-D floor plans are color and come fully furnished so home buyers can see the true living space. This option is highly recommended for vacant properties.
Video
Our Walk-through and costume made videos are created using the most advanced equipment with stabilizers and appropriate lighting if necessary. Videos can be integrated with aerial shots that area taken with our drones. We also provide slideshow videos using the high quality photos. All videos are provided in branded and unbranded formats as Youtube and Dropbox links. They are MRIS friendly. Per customer’s request, video files can be provided as well.
Brochure
You can also request a professionally designed brochure for your listing with pictures and requested information. These brochures will be specifically designed to your needs. We are in direct contact with local printers and will save you the hassle of coordinating with them and provide you the printed material with exceptional quality at much lower costs than you would get otherwise.
Aerial Shoot
Aerial photography and video capture are available upon request. These services are provided by Certified Drone Pilots using the top of the line professional drones. If you are looking to get elevated shots of properties and surrounding area, this is the option for you.
